Top management of CBS Systems d.o.o. (“CBS”) establishes this Quality Policy to ensure that the products it delivers and the services it provides meet the stated and implied requirements of clients and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

CBS designs, builds, operates and supports enterprise analytics and AI software, including the SightPulse decision intelligence platform, commercialised by its subsidiary SightPulse AG (Zug, Switzerland). Clients take commercial decisions on pricing, promotions, portfolio, channels and investment based on what CBS delivers. For CBS, quality therefore means outputs that are correct, traceable and fit to act on.

The goal of CBS Systems d.o.o. is to become and remain a leading company in the field of:

CBS achieves this goal by implementing and continually improving a quality management system that conforms to ISO 9001:2015.

What quality means in our work

  • Statistically sound results. Analyses rest on validated statistical and machine-learning methods. Each client model passes internal statistical review before its results are released.
  • Traceability. Every number and recommendation can be traced to its source data and method. Inferred results are clearly distinguished from observed ones.
  • Honest limits. Where data is thin or missing, outputs say so and degrade gracefully instead of presenting false precision.
  • Measured AI. Every AI agent is evaluated against a defined test set before release, and its accuracy is reported to the client.
  • Agreed acceptance. Engagements run in defined stages with client acceptance gates: scope agreed in writing, results reviewed and accepted by the business owner, and a documented handover.
  • Reliable software. Managed requirements, peer review, automated testing, versioned releases and controlled change for the SightPulse platform and all CBS software.
  • Secure by design. Quality and information security are managed together, in line with the CBS Information Security Policy (SRPS ISO/IEC 27001:2022).

This encompasses

  • measures to increase client satisfaction, including structured client feedback;
  • identification and management of the processes that contribute to client satisfaction;
  • leadership and commitment of management;
  • active participation of employees in planning, implementing and evaluating the activities in these processes, and continual development of their skills;
  • continual modernisation of internal resources, tools and infrastructure;
  • decision-making based on collected and analysed data about products, services and processes;
  • development of partnership relations with suppliers and partners;
  • continual improvement of product and service quality, based on audits, client feedback, incidents and nonconformities.

The Quality Policy is the basis for setting quality objectives, which are defined, measured and reviewed at management review. It is communicated so that it is understood and applied within the organisation, reviewed at least once a year, and available to relevant interested parties, including on sightpulse.ai.
